The rooms are good value for money, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good (although I was personally missing "normal" milk for my coffee, but I'm aware that this might not be standard in Asia), the location is very convenient for checking out the old quarter of Hanoi. Good location

Hotel have perfect location- just in the centre, where are restaurants and market nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Towels and bedsheets were clean, but hotel is bit old, and room overall wasn't 100% clean and on the walls was a bit of mould, and we found 1 cockroach inside the room.

旧市街のメインストリートに面したホテル。まぁ色々と物足りないトコはあるけど、完璧求めるならシェラトンでも泊まればエエ事。 ホテルは少し古いけど充分な快適さで、観光の拠点としては申し分無い。 朝食は正直お粗末ながら、オムレツは卵２個使用でボリューム満点（頼まないと出ない） 不満を言うなら、トイレが旧式シャワータイプなのと、ベッドでライトコントロール出来ない事ぐらいかな。次も安かったらココにすると思います。

Street traffic noisy despite us being on 4th floor & little concrete balcony showing small cracks & black mould on bathroom ceiling corner were a concern. Staff were great & very helpful. We were only there 2 nights & spent very little time in the hotel in so served purpose okay. Hotel breakfast was convenient, tasty and good variety.

Great Location, Average Stay

We stayed at Little Diamond Hotel during our trip to Hanoi. The location was definitely a highlight — it’s very central and within walking distance to major attractions like Hanoi Train Street and other vibrant, happening areas. However, for vegetarians like us, the breakfast options were quite limited. We mostly had to settle for bread, butter, and some fruits, which was a bit disappointing. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was just okay. The rooms and common areas could definitely benefit from more thorough cleaning and attention to detail. Overall, it's a decent budget option if you prioritize location over amenities, but there’s room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and food variety.

Unterkunft insgesamt sehr gut. Zimmer und vor allem Betten sehr sauber. Einziges Manko in Sachen Sauberkeit: Zimmer wird während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, lediglich Handtücher werden ausgetauscht. Perfekte Lage in Laufnähe Hoan Kiem Lake, mitten im Großstadttrubel, gute Lokale in der Nähe (bestes Pho-Restaurant der Stadt, laut Einheimischer). Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück überschaubar, nicht schlecht, aber wenig und nichts Besonderes. Lediglich Bad und Hausflur könnten mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege nicht schaden.

We stayed at this hotel, a family room (a king bed and two single beds) for four nights. The room was large, yet the room was old. There were some need to be fixed as well. For example, the TV in the room was completely broken, the bathtub had black stains and cracks, and sealing was falling out here and there. The staff were kind and helpful. However, only some staff were able to communicate in English. Since we did not know Vietnamese, it was sometimes difficult to get ourselves understood. Breakfast was included, but we did not use the service at all because we wanted to try different food during our short stay in Hanoi. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. It is not a luxurious hotel or anything, but we had a satisfactory time there. I have nothing to complain, but if I have another chance visiting Hanoi, I would probably try different facility since there are so many other options in the city.

You will not go hungry !

first of all, this is not a 5 star hotel if you are expecting one, you should continue looking the hotel is a older one, so you should expect some flaws But, for what you pay, and what you get, it is a bargain ! All we needed was a bed to sleep in and a central location. The hotel is situated in the old quarter, there are many eateries nearby, the closest being a pho restaurant and a ban mi restaurant, literally a 8 second walk once you walk out the front door of the hotel. Our room came with breakfast included. It was modest but quite filling. The breakfast had made to order omelet and Pho, as well as some hot entries.Of course there was fresh fruit, toast, coffee, tea and juice. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the staff. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL !!! Everyone from house keeping, restaurant staff, front desk etc all were absolutely welcoming and gracious. Prior to our arrival, Ivy arranged for our tours on multiple days and also recomended many good eateries as well as shopping suggestions. She never steered us wrong. Being it was our first trip to Vietnam, we were a bit worried , but she told us not to be worried, and she was true to her word. A true gem !!
