Good location with friendly staff
The hotel is in old quarter but close to French quarter and many sightseeing’s. We stay in first floor for two days, the room was clean but the door alarm was not working well. Every time we open door the alarm is keep making noise. Breakfast was good, it’s like a mini breakfast bar with menu to order, quite full.

We had a great time staying at the Splendid Hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's very clean and close to everything. I found the rooms a little small. Hanna is a great source of information and made our stay so enjoyable. She's outgoing and very fun to talk to. If you need something she will make it happen. Cheers to all the staff

The room was neat and clean but a bit small, especially given the price. The location was ideal. The staff was extremely helpful in making dinner reservations, setting up tours, and arranging airport transfers.

Kevin was extremely helpful and booked a trip to Halong Bay. The location is smack dab in the Old Quarter and easy to get to sites. Walking distance to Water Puppet Theater. Extremely busy with motorbikes in surrounding streets Really enjoyed and would go back!

3 stars reviews and pictures are not true on website. Narrow alley is the check in counter. Room card having problem open door, dirty room, a/c having problem need fan to help out, comforter cover has blood and oil stains, rain shower spray water to ceiling, safe not bolted down and compressed fire extinguisher standing on floor should be mounted for safety. Honest opinion this is a terrible hotel.

We stayed at the Splendid Hotel and Spa for 10 days in Aug 2023. The hotel itself was nice - we had a large room that came with all necessary amenities such as free bottled water every day. The room was very clean and comfortable - and was equipped with both air con and a fan! The location of the hotel is perfect - only a few minutes from the lake and less than a 30 minute walk from nearly every single tourist destination in Hanoi! However, what makes this hotel outstanding is its staff. Ms Hannah was an amazing host - she helped us book two separate trips during our time here, checking which days were best for weather and finding us good prices. Everything was arranged for us - all we had to do was show up. She even told the tour company in advance about my food allergy, making the whole journey stress free. She also helped us with transport to and from the airport, as well as with laundry services. The rest of the staff (unfortunately I don’t know their names!) are equally as lovely - you are always greeted with a smile and they are willing to go the extra mile to help. I strongly recommend this hotel - mainly for its amazing staff!

Great location. Room was okay and enough as we only needed it for one night. Pretty old and run down though. Only two towels in the room and no extra toilet paper. The staff at reception made up for it all though as they were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! It was a breeze to have them arrange a car for us to get to the airport that arrived exactly on time to pick us up.

Perfect.location to discover old quaters
Perfect location near the lake. Strated with warm welcome.from.the staff providing site maps and recommendations. Room is bit small but the price was so good. I recommend for sole travellers and definately visit again.

Room was very nice with a balcony and a wonderful view of Hoan Kiem Lake. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We got in quite late and were able to get a late check in with no issues. We even forgot a charging block and were able to borrow one from the front desk. Breakfast does end at 9:30 so we slept in a bit too late to make it, but there are many many many dining options around the hotel. After our check out we were able to keep our bags at the hotel while we explored Hanoi old quarter. The hotel is at a really good location for walking around and exploring the old quarter, nice and central. We were also able to get a airport transfer through the hotel, which went very smoothly.

【室内】 2泊3日利用させていただきましたが、 清掃がきちんと行き届いており、非常に生活しやすかったです。 2日目にも水も2本新しいのをいただくことができました。 【設備】 冷蔵庫:しっかりと冷凍部分も含めて使うことができました。 ポット:使用可能でした。 金庫:使用していないので分かりませんが、ありました。 シャワー:しっかりとした温水が出ました。 トイレ:しっかりと流れました。 【スタッフ】 2日とも女性のスタッフ様が24時間いらっしゃり、周囲のお店のおすすめや分からないことを何でも教えてくれました。帰りは空港までのタクシーをgrabよりも安い値段で手配してくれるので利用すると良いと思います。 【立地】 ホアンキエム湖北に位置し、ドンキンギアトゥック広場の近くにあったため、利便性が非常に高かったです。 行きたい場所をGoogle等で調べると、ホアンキエム湖中心説明があるため、非常に分かりやすいと思います。
