「Clean and good breakfast 」

「The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower pipe, water spill all over the place like you are playing a water gun in swimming pool. I used to check-in late in the night, and I don't want to wait another hour for someone to fix it, or a change...

「Stops are quite close to the hotel, few stops to the airport and the other way direct to the city centre. Quite convenient 」

「Nice budget hotel but surprising it is without a mini fridge (which is quite basic). We asked for a room with a mini fridge but the receptionist said none of their rooms have one. Room size is rather small. Breakfast area was great and food quality was satisfactory. Location is good given the frequent trams to and from main train station. 」

「Walking distance to the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and big. However, no slippers provided in room and need to collect from reception ourselves. The design of The Circle is a bit strange. You have to go through 3 different levels by lift before you can reach the lobby. Quite inconvenient if you have a lot of luggages. 」

「Staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean It can be arrived by tram and bus within 5 mins walk」

「Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!」
