Please Fix Your Entertainment Desk.

Well all team memebers where good and helpful and the cleanings where made as fast as possible. I had to ask for my room decoder to be fixed but nothing changed. As i would like to come back in the near future please try to fix your entertainment desk because we arr not only there to sleep but to be at a peace place.

My stay there was great, rooms where clean, a great desk to work on, comfortable bed and sound proof room. However there was limited ventilation, food was too spicy but the potions where great. The wifi though wasn't for doing your weekend work, i was getting speeds of up too 2mb/s with occasional spikes of 10mb/s. Thus for work their netwrok needs improvement

The staff are horrible the worst it can ever get imagine we were chucked out a day before our check out day. Unfortunately I was not staying the guests staying were chucked out a day before and because they were oissed off they didn’t even argue

It was dissapponting.On checking in I was told that there was no record of my booking yet I had booked one week in advance resulting in paying more money.Was not provided with even a single bath towel .Employees need training on customer care. The rooms were hot and the cooling system was bad.
