The hotel provides services as other 4-5-star hotel does, including breakfast, afternoon tea and light dinner, but the facilities are very dated, for example the rugs in the public area are not pleasant to see. I would not return to this hotel for my next visit for sure if the hotel remains the same condition.

One of the worst JW Marriott properties we have stayed at. Checked in around 1pm and by the time we settled into the room, we headed towards the restaurant in the hotel only to find out that the only option was their fine dining Chinese restaurant. Asked for a quick lunch option and they didn’t have any. The images online show a very posh hotel, but it’s pretty run down. The executive lounge too is quite poor. Will not recommend

飯店乾淨，住在行政樓層，view非常棒，浴缸大又舒服，還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，電動窗簾感覺氣派，行政酒廊的短髮小姊姊服務到位，熱情招待溫柔對待小朋友，非常棒～飯店離中央大街較遠，這次停留在哈爾濱時間太短～下次要待久一點！

we went for the top of the range [Lounge access/Executive Floor] and it was everything it should have been Only problem was that it was on the north side of the river and about 25-30 minutes into town

ホテルの設備と従業員はすばらしかったです。ただ中央大街への利便性に問題があります。タクシーの乗車拒否や遠回りでの過大請求もありました。１日数回でも良いですからシャトルバス（有料でもok）あると、すばらしいホテルになると思います。中華料理、朝のビュッフェ、プール設備・係員も最高でした。有難うございました。

Nice and new. Good breakfast. Location - not the best if you want to walk around at night to explore. Also, no money exchange. It is the only 5 star hotel I ever stayed in China that does not exchange foreign currency.

今年からホテルの名前が予約時と変わったようでしたが、事前に通知が無かったため、到着時に非常に困惑しました。 ホテルのサービス、設備は素晴らしかったですが、部屋の暖房が強すぎて入室時は汗をかく程でした。真冬なのに滞在中一度もエアコンをつけることはありませんでした。 近くにはお店などは何もなく、一番近い飲食店まで徒歩で20分程掛かりました。
