Expedia上选择了无烟大床房。checkin时说他们无法看见expedia上的订单信息所以没有房给我们。只有无烟双床,和吸烟楼层大床(说“吸烟楼层房间无烟味”)。已经很失望了,我又问升级房型的话有没有无烟房,(经理原话“给客人优惠价升级房型”。还要收钱吗?!),但是也没有无烟房。所以我们无奈选择“吸烟楼层房间没有烟味”入住。但是房间烟味超!级!大!而且好恶心,洗手间地板上好多烟灰熏黑的痕迹。洗手机地板还很黏。感觉我们入住了一间假的香格里拉!其实就是motel! 价格和大城市的香格里拉一样的,并没有便宜,和当地物价更不成比例。非常失望!不推荐!请绕路!并且请expedia和酒店改善信息交流,谢谢!

1.酒店门口的地面设计非常糟糕,凹凸不平,行李箱很难推动,不见有服务人员帮忙; 2.酒店房间内的空调温度过低,通知酒店人员,酒店前后派了4个职员来,除了第3位服务态度还可以外,其他3位态度都不好,尤其第2位工程人员,拿个温度计来量一下出风口的温度就说温度是23度,符合标准,服务态度完全无法接受; 3。第二天早上去吃早餐时,听到服务人员在劝其他客人把拖鞋换了再去用餐,但说话方式明显不礼貌,说什么“反正我跟你们说了,换不换、到时候进不去是你们自己的事情”,毫无五星级酒店的服务意识。 总的来说,此次入住哈尔滨香格里拉酒店体验非常之差,简直是有损香格里拉酒店这个品牌。

Good location for tourists but poor service
Poor Service during our stay in the hotel and this is not what we expect to receive in a Shangri-la hotel. Given that the hotel was built more than 20 years ago, the rooms are quite small and amenities are old fashioned that do not meet the modern times. However, this is the best you can find in that tourist district.

哈爾濱香格里拉飯店<還可以再提升服務品質
依食衣住行說明 用餐的地方很舒適,人員對菜的說明也很恰當 菜的口感很高檔,對不同國籍的人來說接受度高。 客房服務人員的親切度佳,能以客為尊的態度值得肯定。 這次是家族的自助旅行,因此有一些景點會需要飯店協助或是資詢,對於2012•01•24~28期間禮賓部服務有些抱怨與願景,說明態度與過程會有點不耐煩,說明是需要技巧與耐心,但這對如此高檔的旅館來說服務態度與其他部門相較就差很多,雖然我的行前功課也作很多,但畢竟還是需要當地服務人員說明與建議,總覺得服務人員專業不足,說明又是草草了事,對景點的歷史軌跡還不是很瞭解,有失一家五星級國際旅館工作人員應有的訓練水平,雖然哈城不是歷史古城,但也有其近代歷史,提高觀光價值,讓旅行者願意再一次光臨哈城,也會光臨香格里拉。旅行者岀門在外最需要有家的感覺,我知道你是最人性化的服務,對你就會有期待與要求,只因為你是五星級。

It is a great hotel, well shangrila-la is a well know brand hotel. We love morning breadfast. And the first day the hotel send us some fruits. Our room has the drinks included... unfortunately we don’t drink alcohol so we didn’t consume the mini fridge.

Decent but nothing exciting
Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice. The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh. The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good. Convenient since there is an ATM in the lobby.
