We absolutely loved our stay! We hope to come back again one day. The neighborhood was lovely and the walk to the beach is beautiful. The home was very cozy and felt like we were staying at a family member’s home. I also very much appreciated that there was a baby gate available and fun children’s books to read to our toddler. We are sad to be checking out!

We loved how close we were to Hunting Island, our favorite beach. We had to purchase a park pass, but we knew that going in. The condo was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself with 2 bedrooms & baths. Gave us all privacy. Clear instructions from the host about access and departure, with quick response in communication. Had a wonderful time.

Location is perfect, beautiful sunrise views from the balcony and master bedroom. In the late afternoons the balcony is so nice, shaded and usually a great breeze. We would sit out there each evening and have Hors d'Oeuvres and a glass of wine before dinner. Wilson the host was also very accessible and prompt in responding to us when some unforeseen circumstances happened. He went out of his way to accommodate us. It was a great weekend being only steps from the beautiful beach, we will be back!!

Very nice condo that fit 4 adults comfortably. I was worried that the wall would be thin and we would hear the neighbors. I was wrong, did not hear anything, which was great. Washing the towels and sheets before leaving seemed to be a deal breaker, but we just brought our own sheets and towels. Worked out fine.

A great place in Harbor Island

This condo is great, very comfortable, had everything we needed and everything worked well, cleaning ourselves was not a problem, found most everything we needed to do the job. The owner answered my questions quickly. The close proximity to Hunting Island is a big plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Harbor Island

Loved the location : perfect view of both, ocean side and a salt marshes. We spent a lot of enjoyable evenings on a patio. You have all you need at this place and inside feels very homey too.

Really great condo

The condo was really nice and we absolutely loved the porch view. It was an easy walk to the beach over a nice boardwalk. We had a few people coming and going through the week and the host was amazing with getting us extra parking passes and so helpful. The couch/chairs were a little stained but we covered them with sheets and they were very comfortable. We didn’t mind and everything in the house seemed clean and cared for, overall great place to stay and we would come back!

Absolutely wonderful!

We all decided our stay was the best vacation we’ve ever had! The location, home, and community were delightful! We could not get enough of the natural beauty, animals, birds and views in the area! The easy accessibility to the ocean and pools made our trip with younger children a breeze! Our only surprise was the distance to grocery stores, gas stations, etc. It’s about 30 minutes away, but now that we have that knowledge we will just plan differently. Totally not a big deal and a easy change in planning for next time! We adored this stay and already hope to return next year!

Not what we expected

Stayed on Harbor Island before. Good location but the required cleaning is a lot with limited supplies. This is a 2 level condo. Master bedroom was extremely hot with an uncomfortable bed. Pillows need to be replaced.Nice having extra bathrooms. Listing said parking for one vehicle additional was extra. We only had one car and was charged $85 for parking. Golf carts take up a-lot of the parking spaces for cars. Keep your eyes open because they will run over you. Lots of stairs outside and inside. Not senior friendly.

The property is equipped with everything you need. The owners communicate perfectly. The villa ratings are good but it shows wear and tear. The owners do cut you a break by asking you to clean from their checklist but the level is subjective. When we arrived it was just ok. On that note, I would rent again. Bring your own beach gear. Laundry worked great! Kitchen is well equipped. The community is nice with 2 small pools and one big pool, a gym, tennis courts and a gift/snack shop and just 5 min from the beach. It’s quiet. The tide is out for what seems like a mile most hours. It’s safe for kids and fun to explore though. Locals say stay away from the abandoned beach homes on the sand due to glass etc..The birds are fun to watch. Close dining is limited but good. Low country Superior Coffee had amazing food. Beaufort is beautiful and quaint.

Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant, all around. He was very accommodating. The only problem that we ran into was drying the sleeper sofa blanket. If you use this, wash the night before as the dryer does take a good bit of time. Host was very understanding about the said blanket not being dry at the checkout time.
