「Good property and location. This was my third visit. Enjoyed my stay. 」

「My husband and I stayed at the property. Parking was easy and safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated with a nice modern shower. The staff was available by text. The common areas (we didn't use because we were visiting family not far from the property) included a large kitchen, big screen theater room with 8 recliners and a living room area. Over all our stay was enjoyable for the amount of time we spent there for sleeping. 」

「We went on Easter, and missed that the restaurant would be closed while we were there. Other than not having dinner, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The views and hiking trails were very nice. I look forward to going back in the future.」

「There was plenty of parking but that is the extent of the pluses. The person who checked me in did not code the key card properly so that was the first thing. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had an acne sticker fused to the sheet. There was a spot of blood on the sheet as well. The water was very hot in the sink but just a little over warm in the shower. The shower head needs replacing or the water pressure is just terrible but all it did was a little more than a trickle. We went down for...

「Made the booking and the booking was lost and the property made no effort to resolve the issue. I was told it was my responsibility to figure out what was going on. I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold. 」
