「Very convenient for Colonial Williamsburg. Rooms a bit dated. Lots of kids. Breakfast fair and very non eco friendly.」

「Our room was in the cottages (not the building pictured in the listing) and was cramped for two people with luggage.The walls were thin and conversation in adjacent room could easily be heard. Fortunately, only one of the adjacent rooms was occupied and they retired at a reasonable hour. The corner shelf in the shower was not secured to the wall so toiletries tipped onto the floor.and water leaked past the door onto the bathroom floor.I didn't realize that I needed to request housekeeping, not a...

「Staff is great. The building is old and needs renovation: the carpet needs to be pulled up, the interior ceilings/walls need replacement or painting. The outdoor swimming pool needs fixing for the summer. The front yard waterfall should be taken down if there is no money for power washing and painting.」

Told me that my room didn't come with breakfast and " you can have it but will cost you 16.95". I didn't request breakfast when I reserved room because I didn't need it. Very unusal for this hotel.
