“The place was clean and in a convenient location. Everything was self-serviced. There’s no TV in the room, but not a big problem as we only spent a night there. There was no soap in the dispenser in our room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Laundry service was available but apparently only between 9am-9pm, which was basically useless to travellers who arrived late at the hotel.”

“It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.”

“We stayed in the suite. It was very spacious with plenty of storage space, and a jacuzzi bath. The room was always cleaned to a high standard. The location of the hotel was very convenient, minutes away from the main square, and several bars and restaurants. However the breakfast was very disappointing. A small selection of items which fitted on a single table, and I never saw anything replenished. Very limited selection of pastries. The croissants were dry, and baked beans ended up in the……
