Summary:
Located in a 55years old plus community- Cottonwood Country Club. 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished rental for 30 days or more. The Kitchen is fully stocked and linens are provided. Golf privledges are included. Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis and Shuffle board courts.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, extra day room, nice patios, and fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Cottonwood Country Club- a 55 years old plus community. Golf, Tennis, Pool, Jacuzzi, Shuffle board and community gatherings/events. The community is gated.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a 30 day plus rental and we will be available to answer questions but will not be on site.
