Over priced & underwhelmed

The breakfast that was included in the £75 a night price tag was non existent. Had to contact hosts by phone for some toast on 2nd day, gave up after that. Room was poorly ventilated & either too hot or too cold. Difficult to see keyholder combination lock to get in and out at night.

I recommend

I needed accommodation at very short notice and quite late in the evening. This presented no problem for my delightful hosts and I was warmly welcomed.

Great B&B with service of top class

The room and house was clean, there was a bus station just nearby and the hosts were absolutely lovely and helpful with whatever questions I had. The hosts had really good knowledge about the vicinity and gave accurate directions and explanations which really helped me make the most out of the trip.

This was my first time staying at a bnb and it was great. Gill and Peter were more than accommodating and hospitable. Food was great and my stay was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Owners take good care of you.

Peter and Gill took good care of us in their lovely home. Gill had gone out of her way to ensure that there was some gluten free bread and cereal for me at breakfast. The only thing to be aware of is that, though the bedrooms are on the first floor, the shared bathroom is on the ground floor - not very convenient in the night if you have mobility issues.

Really nice people

Very nice people run this bnb in a convenient quiet spot and good travel location by the m11. Were very accommodating when I had to check in very late at night due to evening work meetings.
