「This was a great house out in the country away from the city lights and just what my girls and I needed. I was coming from Dallas and one of my other girls came from the other side of SA. We had a blast! It was the perfect place to unwind in the evening and enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee without the stress of the city!」

「This was the cutest little apartment. Quiet, amazing air conditioning, beds very comfortable, and there were cookies! Our hostess made sure we were welcome the moment we got here. We enjoyed watching the stars from the star gazing tubs and painting off the river rocks. And the decorations inside are so fun for the kids to look at. This was a wonderful experience. 」

「My daughter and I stay here for our annual Mother daughter trip. It was our first time to Fredricksburg and the owners were so kind and gave some wonderful recommendations. We loved the charm of this house and the location was wonderful. Just a few blocks from downtown. We took the bikes for a ride one night and found a great restaurant just a couple blocks over and then cruised around downtown to do some window shopping. We loved our stay and will be back again someday.」

「We came to Kerrville to move our daughter back home from her first year at Schreiner University. Our stay was great. The property was nice and cozy. Upon our arrival we were greeted by there beautiful friendly cat. The property was gorgeous.」

「Eric and Jenny's guest house is an extremely nice, very comfortable place to stay while exploring Texas hill country and local wineries. They are amazing hosts and excellent communicators about everything related to the stay and the area. We had lots of questions which they very promptly answered. We would highly recommend Eric and Jenny's guest house to anyone wanting to spend some time exploring Texas hill country and enjoy some peace and quiet! 」

「The place was great, but a little bit noisy from traffic on the highway nearby. The host was responsive to our requests. The only big issue was the very skinny spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. Fine for those under age 30, but maybe not so easy for us. We're all old and over 65. We're all in very good shape, so it didn't make much difference, but it might for some.」

「I really wanted to sit outside and have a fire in stone fireplace but it was by host side of the house. Didn’t like being attached to her actual home. Everything else was great if I stayed there again it would be one of the other houses, on the property. Have to drive to town or uber」
