Perfect peaceful getaway

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful garden setting. We enjoyed swimming in the nearby Ovens River, birdwatching in the beautiful garden, walking to local cafes and hotels and short drives to Alpine Perrenials, Bright and Mt Hotham to view the mountain tops. An exceptionally beautiful and comfortable stay. Thank you Anne and John

Garden bonus

The cottage was very comfortable and clean and hosts most welcoming. Bonus, though, was wandering through Shadybrook's fabulous gardens. Ideal base for three-days exploring the valley and high country.
