“It was the most beautiful place to stay , me and my family had such a blast. It’s very clean , very calm and overall everything we expected. The host were amazing they are on top of everything. It was a pleasure to meet them as well as Very respectful . It’s was so lovely to be able to swim and walk around there yard and trails. Most definitely will be coming back.😊”

“We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe……

“The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him. Slide the sofa over on the deck to block the exit and you have a baby proof play area while you kick back and relax. The beach was a little messy when we were there and it was rainy so he didn’t get……

“What a peaceful and beautiful place! I was teleworking and had the most fantastic view of the dunes, the foxes, the birds the waves and the sunrise. This place is a gem.”

“The location is beautiful and so peaceful. We had a small mishap with the property not having been completely cleaned at the beginning of our trip, but the host responded promptly and all worked out well. This is our second time booking this place and may stay again.”

“Great location in Broadkill, as the south side has definitely become our favorite place. Perfect for the 2 of us to spend a few days for our anniversary. Quiet, clean, and a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The back porch facing the Preserve was relaxing and great for watching/listening to birds. Would definitely stay again. “Perfect place for two people and a dog. Great beach access - some houses to the north do not due to some erosion. Owner was quick to accommodate an additional day. This is our third time renting this house and it won’t be our last.”

“The views are spectacular, the house has plenty of bedrooms, it is well stocked with puzzles, games, and books. The grill and kitchen are all wonderful with everything you need and there is plenty of porch space to entertain. They provided kayaks and have their own dock to launch from. Super convenient to the ocean - 2 minute walk and is nice and quiet. Would definitely go back”

“This was the perfect place for our family Vaca!! Very clean and well stocked with essentials. A lot of privacy is provided by the shrubbery and the beach is just a few steps away. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs and we did not feel crowded at all. Loved it and definitely hope to return again. The sunrises on the beach were spectacular and there is a wildlife viewing area within walking distance for the most glorious sunsets. Definitely recommend.”

“The house was immaculate, beds comfortable and the location was nice if you want something with less crowds and a little more remote. We stayed preseason but the beach was empty. Lots of Horeshoe crabs could make laying out on the beach a little uncomfortable but we are beach walkers and found it very interesting with lots of birds, crabs etc...Important to note that Fowler Beach (just north) is closed all summer for the nesting birds.”

“I stayed for a week mid-May just before the summer season really kicked in. I worked part-days and the 5G wifi was strong. Brought my dog and we enjoyed walking 30 seconds to the beach! I like being removed from busier beaches but was a quick drive to Lewes for restaurants. Thank you!”
