Excellent location. Paid for and immediately left the Days Inn 10 minutes away inHarrisburg. For a few dollars more, this hotel was night and day to the Days Inn.

The property was very nice. In a decent location. Staff was great! Especially the woman making breakfast! She went out of her way to make sure that my husband and I were taken care of and happy.

No refrigerator in the room, I had medicine that needed to be stored in a refrigerator. I read online that the room had a refrigerator that was false advertising. Staff wouldn’t change my room even after I explained my situation and offered to pay more.

The elevator was on the Fritz the first day so now housekeeping services. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. Then the second day all towels taken by housekeeping but no new ones replaced. Went to front desk again they said they were short on towels. The guy says I can give you pool towels but not big ones. He went back and said I found "regular " big ones but they weren't that big to begin with. Stay was okay but not great by any means.

The gentleman who checked us in Tuesday night 3/5 and 3/8 was so personable and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He remembered we were visiting our daughter and asked how our trip was! So nice

The front desk people were very nice, which is one of the only reasons I am giving 3 stars.. The beds were good also, but rooms were horrible because of poor lighting and almost none of the outlets worked.

Everything was amazing here, Jose was so nice and accommodating. I had my service animal with me and Jose made sure we had the biggest room possible and made sure it was an accessible one. My only complaint is that the bed was not incredibly accessible for it being an accessible room. Breakfast was great though and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean as well.

Big mistake
Outside smelled like sewage. Front desk staff less than pleasant. Placed a $150.00 incidental hold fee on my card but front desk person couldn't explain why. Asked for the quietest room or area since im staying for work and she puts me in a room right next to people yelling and screaming with their TV turned up. There were pieces of machienery sitting in the hallway on the floor which were clearly a safety violation. I go back down to the front desk to request a different room and was told they are sold out and there's nothing she can do. I checked out and left and went somewhere else. Do NOT go here.
