「The house was very clean, she had wax warmers on for a nice scent all through the house. the road was extremely bumpy but that was in the description so no complaints here. the dock view was beautiful. some fire wood would have been nice to have though considering it did rain when we were there. overall a great experience!」

「We booked this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. There was so much to do here. The weather was perfect so we were outside a lot. Most of our time was spent in the beautiful pool and hot tub. There was also a tree house and trampoline that the kids enjoyed. 「The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed!」

「This house was a great spot if you want to visit the local distilleries. It was a short drive! The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the microwave, as well as surprising us with a Birthday Ballon. Very nice little touches. We would stay again」

「What a clean, crisp modern home tucked into a sweet Kentucky neighborhood. We are from Chicago and drive to n.c. usually once a year. 「I met my 8 girlfriends from college in central Kentucky. The Havilah House was the perfect location for keeneland and bourbon tours and halfway between the bluegrass and Louisville airports.
