「The view from the back deck was beatiful. The place was quiet, the pool and gym were a short walk which were well equipt and clean. The clubhouse was 100 steps away so easy access to Fazios resturaunt. Great place for the traveler tbat loves golf or a quiet weekend away from the city. 」

Yes, it’s close to Clemson, The pictures certainly depict that it will be basic with no “warmth” but saying it is filthy is an understatement. each room has a bed with a sheet and blanket, no mattress covers etc. Ome small table. 1 old couch with one small tv on the most filthy rug. This is a college off campus house ing unit that was badly dusted. There was an open condom on the floor, false eyelashes glued to the sink, dirt and dust everywhere. ...
