We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.

The room was very clean and the amenities in the room were great. The check in and out process was easy. I had a nice experience and probably will return again. Definitely would recommend especially for longer stays. Plates, silverware, and basic cleaning supplies were provided making for a stress-free stay. Thank you!

Clean room,bathroom was clean, but tight ,not a big bathroom. Sitting chair could be updated,its old .tv 50"4k ,was good ,was swivel wall mount.no small refrigerator at all.not alot of guests.Didnt like to see a small glue trap for mice under the heater/ ac...but only stayed 1 night wasy checkin,very quiet.

The room was spacious and clean. Convenient location for Hartford. Only negative was some knocking noises in the ceiling, perhaps from pipes. Luckily I had some ear plugs handy so was able to sleep despite the noises.

I came into town for a concert at the Xfinity Theater and this was a nice place to use as a home base. It was a quick, easy drive to the venue. The motel was quiet, room was clean enough, bed was comfortable, and the bedding was amazing.

Room was super clean, bed was comfy and it was nice being able to park right outside your door. It was quiet and convenient to the places I needed to be. Staff were great, especially at checkin since I didn't arrive until midnight after flying all day. Would stay again if I was in the area.
