性价比很高的住处，有去机场的shuttle。当然就是Hartford机场离城市中心非常的远，坐公交车去的话不是很方便。旅店的话设施齐全，虽然稍微有些旧，但是卫生情况较好。

rooms were disgustingly dirty noisy u don't need the peep hole to look out your door. just look around the door edges... u can hear clearly the neighbor across the way fart snore talk. the heating system was load.. needless to say should of stayed home for a good nights sleep no security entrances.. all doors were unlocked in and out. bathtub looked like it hasn't been used in a decade.. toilet smelled of sewage.. do I need to go on GRRRR!!!!!

The outside was somewhat dirty and rundown; the inside of the building was clean but very cheap looking (plywood doors with padlocks, institutional walls and floors) and the outside door had no lock, security concerns?? The rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable with clean linens and towels. I'm planning to stay here again, but would really like the outside door to be locked!

It was not the actual hotel, but rather the agency it was booked through Expedia. Plans fell through and I ended up out around $10,000 for missing an event as an event coordinator because Hertz rental cars have updated their payment network they no more except the same credit cards

Under no circumstances should you stay here.

Oh where to begin. This hotel is like a row house full of crack users. The carpets are filthy. The building hasn't been renovated since it was built. If you told me the building was abandoned I would believe it completely. The AC didn't work. I could hear people crying / yelling all night. It was like something out of a horror movie.

Will never stay here again. Was charged an upgrade free to switch from a non smoking room, to a smoking room, cool no problems. Went to the non smoking room that I just paid extra for and it was ridiculous. SUPER dirty as if someone was just in there with fresh cup marks on the table promoting me to take nearly 30 photos. After I went back to the desk to switch back into a non smoking room because it would be clean unlike the first one. The worker was very unhelpful and had an attitude the whole time. When I asked her if I will be getting the upgrade charge refunded since I’ll no longer use a smoking room she stated “I’m not sure if that’ll be refunded I’ll have to speak to the manger tmr.” I said okay and continued to check in. She stated I’ll be charged an additional $100 deposit for the room cleanses. I asked if the deposit will be back in my account ASAP because I have bills coming out soon she stated “yes it will be back on the card within two days guaranteed. I then asked her to write that it will be available in 2 days guaranteed on the receipt paper for the record which she did. Come to find out the next day the the fee won’t be refunded for at least 5 business days and she completely mislead me and now I will be behind on my bills never coming back paid more here than other places and got a wayyy better experience.
