Live wiring accessable in wall switch. Floors extremely slick and dangerious. Desk Staff was great - the faciliyt was very run down - informed that the restruant and bar were closed since covid due to roof damage.

Property was worth the amount paid... it was good overall but some things seemed concerning, the tile in the ceiling was dripping and soaking wet it looked like it going to collapse andy any time.

We came to the hotel about 4 hours later than check in time, the receptionist was great. Checked in and gave us our cards and told us where the room was. We went up the stairs and as soon as we entered the first door the smell was awful, but we were tired so decided to just go to the room. The first room we tried multiple times but couldn't get in, so we were then given another room. opening the door, we were immediately sketched out. the door only had the one lock the walls seemed dirty etc.. I went to turn the light on in the common area and it was flickering we couldn't find the light for where the bedroom was, but we really didn't look long enough because when I went to open the small refrigerator several bugs where crawling on the edge. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. The ONLY good thing about this experience was the woman at the front desk, she apologized and refunded our money instantly. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We were in that room for maybe 2 minutes and all night we kept feeling bugs on us.

Will definitely stay again. Great time with family

Overall was satisfied, and Nate felt welcome and safe environment for me, and my grandchildren and my family! Hotel was making upgrades to the rooms and doing a great job. I had plenty of hot water could’ve sat in there for over 24 hours and wouldn’t of ran out as I said they are updating and upgrading after Covid. A lot of places aren’t exactly as they are pictured but at least this hotel is making the necessary repairs and updating it’s facility!

The staff was nice. But the hotel was so dirty. The bath tub had black ring around it. Bathroom wall had a hole near toilet where roaches came out. Dryer had dead lice . Rug smelled like urine and the bed linen stained. This should be a health department issue. Place needs a lot of cleaning and updates even the walls had poop stains. Never again! You get what you pay for.

I did not stay at Rodeway in East Windsor, in this case. Though I had already paid in full, I avoided it after having a very bad experience at Rodeway off the 84 in Willington, CT. Instead, I stayed overnight at a relative’s home about one hour from Bradley Airport, and then drove to the airport in the early AM. I am no longer considering Rodeway as an option for my motel choices. I lost my pre-paid reservation money in this situation, but, I slept comfortably in a known, clean place. Thank you.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. We got the bathtub room and when we got here it was broken, we called to see if they could do anything about it but they just told us that it had broken down a day before our reservation and they got no time to fix it. Other than that it was okay

The jets in the hot tub didn't even work. Tv in the bedroom didn't work. The heat does not work it was cold all night. The locks on the front door is broken off. It was very unsafe. I will not be going back.
