“This house was perfect for our trip. We had plenty of room for all of the kids and adults (eleven in all). The pack and play was a nice extra for the baby in the group. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which is very nice. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.”

Only suggestions I have is it would have been nice if there were stepping stone leading to the entrance as well as some solar outdoor lighting. “This was a cute home in an older neighborhood. It felt very safe and had a lot of space. The kitchen was well stocked and check-in was a breeze. We stayed here 7 days to visit family and would stay here again. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to major shopping. The stairs to the 2nd floor are quite steep so be aware if you have mobility challenges that you will have to stay on the ground floor. The bed downstairs that we used was very comfortable. ”

“Mr Rolando was excellent with communication! Had an issue with VRBO sending mixed messages on whether or not payment was received. He was patient with me & my concerns. When we got there, my friend needed the WiFi password to get some work done on his laptop. One text to Rolando & I had the password & an offer to use a laptop & printer @ the property if needed?!The cons: the floor in the kitchen leans towards the sink & the fridge leans due to this.
