「This was our second time staying here and we highly recommend! Host has thought of everything to help guests have an enjoyable time with high quality mattresses, sheets, towels, kitchen equipment, furniture, entertainment, etc. Even the adults could enjoy the zip line! Loved time with family outside in the mornings/evenings with everyone as the outdoor property is also beautiful and peaceful just like the inside.」

「We saw this abandoned old historic ammunition factory location years ago, and had noticed the redevelopment into residential units and a brewery. So when we saw an opportunity to stay there we couldn't resist. This apartment is outstanding, and considering the brewery and the trail beside the river we really enjoyed our stay.」

「The property was just like the pictures. The booking was thru VRBO but then another company Grand Welcome took over then they wanted me to check in with Super Hog. 「We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!」

「Everything about the house was perfect! It was incredibly clean and the bedrooms were perfect. The big couch in the main living room was amazing, I want it at home! We had four adults, two kids, and one teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone and the games in the garage game room were a perfect bonus. 「I first found this property in 2020, but had to cancel plans due to that year's events ... So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. 「this is a spectacular house with plenty of room inside and out. It is beautifully maintained and cleaned, very spacious with large bedrooms and enough bathrooms to match the bedrooms. The public areas were very large and comfortable. The hosts were available and extremely helpful.」

「Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!」
