During peak summer weeks, our properties typically require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

I love our Cape Cod Cottage (aka Whip O Will Woods), down the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the pitch pine woods of historic Harwich. After a busy day taking in all that Cape Cod has to offer, you can retreat to our pet-friendly sanctuary and sip a glass of your favorite beverage on the large screened porch and listen to the sounds of the whip-o-wills and the chickadees as the sun sets on another marvelous day.

You will enter through a side entry into an open eat-in kitchen that is sunny and bright. The dining table offers seating for 6.
Off the kitchen is a sun-porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sun. There's also a small porch that lets the breeze and the bird songs come through. Just off the porch around back, you will find the outdoor shower, a Cape Cod tradition. Great for rinsing off the sand and saltwater after a day well spent at the beach!
Beyond the kitchen is the living room with a queen sleep sofa, a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy board games or even a puzzle on the large coffee table. Lots of comfy seating for all to relax and gather together. The gas fireplace is perfect for a chilly night as the summer season winds down.
Down the hallway are the 2 Bedrooms (both with newer beds), AC units, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Perfect for small families or two couples!

This home is located in a convenient location close to Harwich Center, Brooks Park, bike trail, and the community center. Also, just a short walk to Dunkin Donuts for your morning coffee. Jump in the car and you are just 5 minutes to sandy Bank Street beach on Nantucket Sound where the water is warmer and the waves are gentle! Just a couple miles up the road: Long Pond with beautiful fresh water where you can swim, kayak, or enjoy boating on the largest fresh water lake on the Cape!

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
