You can easily bike to Bank Street, Pleasant Road… and don’t forget to stop by Harwichport town hall for a beach sticker granting parking access to 21 beautiful beaches! If you love outdoor activities, you'll appreciate the easy access to the Nantucket Ferry, Rail Trail and bike rentals. Plus, a quick bike ride takes you to Go-Karts, bumper boats, batting cages, or mini-golf, and sports enthusiasts will enjoy watching Mariners' Cape League games at Monomoy High School.

The living room also features one full-size and a second twin-size sofa that can easily be converted into beds. On cooler nights, the functional wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, while electric baseboard heat keeps the space warm.

The bright white kitchen with a butcher block counter exudes classic Cape Cod charm. You'll find stainless appliances, an Acacia table, and overstuffed chairs - all fresh and new. Stocked with everything you need for cooking - from pans to porcelain dishes and ice cube trays - the clean cabinets offer ample food storage space. The newly tiled bathroom boasts bright fixtures, plenty of towels, a pedestal sink, and a generous closet.

Take advantage of the outdoors by relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, sipping wine, and grilling burgers or steak on the gas Weber grill. The spacious outdoor table is perfect for dining, and the fire pit adds a delightful touch for s'mores after dinner. For your convenience, there's a new washer and dryer in the basement, perfect for all your beach towels and swimsuits.
