「Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. 「We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!」

「My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return.」

「We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. 」
