「Perfect location, very convenient to get transportation. The staff were amazing especially in the vintage cafe and front desk. The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. The music around the property was very pleasant. The staff on the 6th floor were excellent and attentive.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the...

「This is advertised as an all inclusive but just note, there are specific times you access food. If you check in outside of these times, you will need to purchase food. I didn’t find the staff particularly helpful but there one one lady who stands out, very sweet. The others, not at all. One staff member was charging my husband 4US for a bottle of water when it was supposed to be a part of the package. I didn’t find the food particularly good either. Wouldn’t stay here again.」

「⭐️⭐️ 2/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience
This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. I booked The Sands Barbados expecting a 4-star experience, but based on my stay, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. Two days before arrival, I called to advise that I would be checking in early. I was told my room would not be ready but that I could use the restaurant and bar while waiting. On arrival, I was told I could not access the restaurant or facilities until officially...
