A stunning Venetian Gothic former newspaper printing works, close to the beach, in the vibrant America Ground with its independent cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Just a five minute walk from the railway station and with easy access to St Leonards and the Old Town. Renowned for its spectacular vaulted living room and the impressive views over the rooftops to Hastings castle from the loggia at the the front of the building. Three spacious bathrooms all with drencher showers, one with a free standing bath tub, and four large unique individual bedrooms, two with super king and two with king size beds. A truly exceptional apartment.

Lovely place, host was great. Only downside was the amount of stairs. I know it's a loft apartment but we weren't aware of just how many steps (seven flights). Two of our family are 80 and luckily very fit so they coped but it became a challenge. If you're fit and dont mind the steps then it's totally worth it.Overall we loved our stay, the apartment is very interesting and spacious.

Great spacious apartment

This is a great apartment for a group of family or friends as there are 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with plenty of bathrooms. The living area is bright and spacious and there is a separate reception room. Location wise it is an easy walk to the hub of St Leonards and there are cute cafes very closeby. There was a leak in the roof when we arrived, but this subsided once the rain stopped - this didn't hamper our stay.
