"This place was great. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again. The mailbox directly across the street in front of the driveway was a pain while backing in the boat, but other than that, things were wonderful. It was nice to meet KJ too."

"Do yourself a favor and just DONT! Upon arrival your walking up to a completely dark entrance with the manual stating beware of the alligators. 3 locks on the doors makes you feel really safe….. not! The place is extremely outdated and not clean at all truly needs a good deep clean and new beds that are not 30 years old. Upon further review noticed mouse droppings in dresser and to top it off also saw cockroaches! I tried to get pictures but was not successful in trying fast enough to get phone to take. I had left the condo reached out to the host as soon as possible with all these issues asking for a refund as I was only at the condo for maybe 5-6 hrs and after the roaches that was it. It took them days before a reply back to the acknowledgement of the issues. Only to ask if I had gotten pictures claims they had pest inspection out odd at how quickly they had someone out but yet still days of emails and phone calls by myself and VRBO emailing and also trying to reach by phone no reply even to this day nothing from the host totally ghosted me and VRBO and no refund or even partial refund! Can’t believe VRBO also allows for this type of business to be conducted with the use of their name as well on the line. I will not do business with them ever again! And again put your money elsewhere as this is NOT the place NOR the right people to do business with. Jennifer J"

"Very clean and comfortable villa. Beautiful community. A little far from eateries but worth the stay as the home was perfect for me and my family. Definitely a great value. Would stay again."

"The host was difficult to reach by phone. The issue was a smoke alarm that went off for 24 hrs before finally the fire dept found the problem. We were not offered any type of compensation for having to listen to it for 24 hrs straight .A shout out to the young lady that was a major help. I believe she worked for the owner."
