Pool entertainment staff are great and fun. This my 3rd stay and will be back. All staff are helpful, rooms are great and very clean. The compound is beautiful.

Overall I would say the customer service needs a bit of an improvement. Rooms could be updated with simple things, like a mirror in the bedroom, corner shelves in the shower, being able to contact the front desk on the phone instead of walking there each time for a simple question, concern, room ...

Room was terrible, a group of homeless people drank alcohol, argued, talked and had visitors on a motorcycle all night in a vacant part of the hotel the was directly under my window. Didn’t finish until 6:30
