Home is equipped with 2 owner suites (water views from the primary suite) each with private full bath, plus an additional half bath in the common area. Sheets and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, toaster and cooking/baking utensils. New Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in the unit (both replaced August 2022). Don't forget to enjoy your coffee or drinks on the deck while watching the gorgeous sunsets!
Building is equipped with an elevator so no steps to navigate with luggage and supplies. Condo complex has a large, private community pool, shower and restroom facilities. Plenty of non-reserved parking for your vehicle, boat trailer, golf cart or bike. We offer a locked, private storage room labeled C-2 on the ground level to keep your fishing/ beach gear during your stay. 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach, ferry and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum.
