「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」

「因為我參加當地的文化節，我訂酒店個陣，見到有間好似平平地(3位數每日)，而且有24小時健身室，有浴缸，咁正喇! 我訂個陣都未正式開(其實我住個段時間，都未正式開)，無其他遊客的comment都好正常。所以咪貪平貪gym，咪訂囉。 到去個陣，真係嚇了一跳，間酒店外邊居然地盤咁，好辛苦係大廈旁邊找到門口入去，不過入到去其實正正常常很舒適，房間隔音好好，係燈光暗暗地。浴缸好舒服，趕完 SHOW or 做完運動，浸完好舒服，牀 都舒服好舒服。24小時健身室好方便，特別音樂節有D會夜到凌晨先完，返到酒店都可以做運動。如果啞鈴可以多一些重D就好。 (不過有時入錯門，地盤工人會話地盤範圍，唔比入。不過如果建造完成了，這間是很舒適的酒店。)」

「鄰近火車站與購物中心, 非常的方便, 並且距離我們要去的景點走路便可抵達, 這是很棒的優點. 前台服務是一位 Alice 的實習生, 非常的專業並且英文程度很優, 幫助我們所有的詢問, 客房打掃非常乾淨, 雖然飯店有點老舊, 但是功能齊全, 居住品質很好. 前台有免費的飲水, 對夏季步行出遊是很好的幫助. 有游泳池與健身房, 雖然沒有帶泳衣和運動服裝所以無法使用, 參觀後發覺以後可以多加利用. 早餐服務很好, 提供的內容很豐富. 下次去萊比錫, 可以列入優先訂房名單. 」

「全天侯可以享用吧台的咖啡及茶飲，非常讚。早上還在櫃台免費提供可頌給沒訂購早餐的客人，非常貼心。 但浴室是開放式的，且三面透明的淋浴間，讓人好害羞啊！」
