"This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room. "En voyant la photo de l'annonce , impossible d'imaginer l'espace extérieur dédié au gite : une petit terre plein acculé contre un très haut talus , orientation nord , aucune vue ...
Venir dans une si belle région ou les espaces sont superbement dégagés , au mois de juillet on vit dehors!
Impossible de séjourner dans ce lieu .
Nous avons informé par téléphone le proprietaire absent au moment de notre arrivée,son frere devait etre là pour nous accueillir, personne....

"The town of Murat was better than expected.
Small cobblestones streets, old, charming houses. Many shops, cafes, restaurants.
The nature around town is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers.
Murat is also on the Circuit des Monts du Cantal
The apartment was big enough for 4 people.
Appliances are not recent but functional
Overall clean but a coat of fresh paint wouldn’t hurt."

"We have had a pleasant stay here. It has a proper kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. There is a spacious outdoor area, only disadvantage is that the only access to this garden is via the front door and down the stairs. The house is situated just outside the village.
