“It is good hotel with polite and friendly staff. They served us well. Few things they need to improve about cleanliness and comfort. I am happy to accept that hotel maintains it's image around.”

A bit more on expensive side compared to similar properties nearby- and food choices are not as great for a resort of this stature; but definitely five star experience- lives up to Taj name. If any thing, I would suggest them to consider a better culinary experience by including local or east indian exotic dishes (that’s hard to find in traditional restaurants). Folks come from distance to that location - not to experience the same food they eat in their homes! ”

“We had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean.
