"New and clean, nice breakfast. Busy with kids."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times no complaints. Actually like the hotel overall bang for your buck. But this time the manager working was never at the front desk. The pool was open but locked up. She said she would open it up for us. After dinner. Got back at 6 and she was no where to be found and didn’t answer the phone the other guy was asleep in the lobby. Pretty bumbed I booked there for the pool this time. "

"Clean room, front desk staff was very friendly, the fireplaces do not provide any heat, quick and easy ride to Loon"

"Parking was super easy and entry was easy and clear. Our room was exactly as expected and we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Staff, parking, room and bed comfort, location all good. The breakfast buffet wasn’t great, but not horrible and it was included and the coffee was pretty good. "

"The room was great, full size kitchen and kitchenware available. The heated pool was clean and warm inside and out. The restaurants in the hotel had great service and delicious options. A great place for families with many activities for kids including a game room. Highly recommend :)"
