「Check in service is very excellent and fast! The front desk staff are are very helpful and kind. But highlight of our stay is because of our experience in the Vitality spa. The staff are very excellent and their massage service is one of a kind! I will surely recommend it to my friends and family! Kudos for Staff Mini Sam!
However I would suggest if they can improve their television and the telephone. Its is really old and difficult to use. 」

「The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. 」
