“Lovely property and more spacious than the pictures appear. Check-in was easy - just some keys in a couple of lock boxes, the front door is down an alley next to the antique store. Location was fantastic, and we had no problems during our four night stay. We parked at Rock A Nore car park the first night, then moved it to the Bourne car park which is slightly closer but much smaller (no spaces when we arrived). “Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm.
