Architectural Design on the Beach

Wow, what breathtaking views! This roomy, well appointed 2 storey home is just a few steps from Jimmy's beach, which is perfect for early morning swims or afternoon beach exploring and the views across the bay are spectacular, especially at sunset. The Myall River is a 3 minute walk, and Bennett's beach (patrolled during summer) is 15' walk away.

The main living area and bedrooms are upstairs and have been designed to capture both the incredible views, but also to take advantage of sea breezes through the extensive use of sliding doors and windows. The dining area opens onto two decks, one is perfect for eating outside in summer and the other for BBQing. The kitchen is well appointed and the living area includes a large, smart TV. Wi-Fi is high speed.

The main bedroom has beautiful bay views, sliding doors to the private balcony, a quiet ceiling fan and a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk with 2 king single beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together, a ceiling fan and faces toward the river. Upstairs there is a bathroom (shower and bath) with a separate toilet. There is a fourth bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, which has a doorway to the back garden, as well as a shower/toilet and laundry.

There is garaging for two cars, plus boat parking on the driveway.

The beach is beautiful, and most days dolphins can be spotted. It's the perfect place for a break, whether active or laid-back.

-Maximum 6 adults only, property cannot accommodate adult groups.

-Please do not park on the grass, use the garage and driveway.

-Guest must comply with specific property rules.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-This is not a serviced apartment and you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries.
