Waterfront retreat with kayaks, private dock, and stunning views
The Space:
Right on the water and boasting fantastic lake views from the two private balconies and living room, this charming home is just the place to enjoy an ideal lake vacation with friends and family. When you're not fishing down at the banks or swimming off the dock, spread out on the home's expansive decks to catch up with old friends over some ice-cold refreshments - you'll love taking in the scenic lake views while lounging in comfy Adirondack chairs. Inside, the home enjoys an all-wood interior with knotty-plank walls and ceilings, burnished floors, and plenty of space to move around. The living area is bright and open and includes comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace with a large TV mounted just above. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space the family chef needs to turn out a world-class meal, and you can serve guests at the dining table while the kids swing their feet from the breakfast bar stools. The primary bedroom is on the main entrance and living room with easy access and a separate door to the adjacent bathroom. The lower level invites group bedtime stories or shared recaps of the day featuring a queen and a double bunk bed. Off of the bedroom the slider expands onto the secondary deck that offers equally stunning views and access to the stairs that lead to the dock below. There is also a second 3/4 bathroom located on the lower level right off of the bedroom.
Kick up a fire in the private gas grill to throw a little char on today's freshly caught fish or host a family barbecue while the kids romp around. You'll love hanging out to watch a lazy ballgame or your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the TVs whenever you're not enjoying a rented boat out on the lake. The baseboard heat will keep your toes nice and toasty while you assemble your fishing gear on those cold mornings, and the washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip! After using the provided beach towels to dry yourself off after a good swim, be sure to put in some time with a good mystery novel in the hammock for some serious relaxation. Afterward, gather everyone around the fire pit for an evening of s'mores and some quiet stargazing.

Other Things to Note:
A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay
Due to the home’s beautiful lakeside location, cell service can occasionally be a bit spotty. Consider it a gentle nudge to unplug and enjoy the view.
Two kayaks are available for guest use and can be found down at the dock; perfect for a peaceful paddle on the lake.
Please note there are approximately 25 steps from the parking area to the cabin and another 35 steps down to the dock, so pack accordingly and enjoy the extra leg workout.
While the home is full of charm, it does not have a dishwasher. We highly recommend a rotating dish-duty schedule. Nothing builds family memories quite like debating whose turn it is to wash and dry.
4WD or traction devices may be required during winter months depending on weather conditions.
