Folk school festival stay
This is a nice property with some fixable issues. The main floor is really nice, having recently been renovated, with two great bedrooms , a nice living area, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a great balcony with an awesome view. The porch is large and spacious but is in need of some repairs; a paint job and a general fixup in this area would be great, the cushions are in need of replacement. The bushes hanging over the porch need to be trimmed, this makes the first impression of this sweet home worse than it is! The third floor area with half bath and bedroom is quite nice. The bottom floor needs some attention, it smells quite musty and the bathroom toilet leaks quite profusely....the location is good and with a few slight fixes and cleanups, this could be a top notch property. Overall, it was fine and I would stay there again but not everyone would be satified with it. The note on the fridge says trash needs to be removed..it would be nice to have a place to put trash when you leave and several trash cans in the bedrooms and bathrooms would be nice too..

Get Family Getaway
You will be presently surprised with this cozy house. The down stairs has an amazing game room area. The living room area and kitchen makes you feel right at home, beautiful decorations, peaceful porch to enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy the wildlife and breathtaking view. I would highly recommend for a family getaway. I know we are certainly making plans to come back.

Nice place for family to gather!
Nice cabin for our family. The view is nice. I would suggest some rocking chairs for the deck. I could sit out there even longer!

Best weekend
I proposed to my girlfriend of 8years on Bell Mountain and stayed one night at this cabin and it’s is a great place to stay with lots of Beauty! We could see Bell Mountain from the porch and it was the perfect place! Definitely suggest this place!

Loved it
This cabin was exactly what we needed. Awesome view of Lake Chattooga on one of the coves. Very peaceful and very quiet. We had eight people and there was more than enough rum. We definitely would rent this place again. We had a problem with a vehicle and the property owner allowed us a late check out so we could get our vehicle fixed. Awesome weekend thank you.

Weekend Stay
It was a great experience. The owners are very easy to get up with. The home was perfect for our trip. We had a trip planned with friends to go to a gospel concert. We hung around the house and enjoyed watching and listening to the animals. It was very easy to check out.
