「We checked in but didn’t stay here. We gave the key back as soon was we reached our room, this is a sports bar which is fine if you are told this when booking. The rooms are filthy with stained bedding. We Asked for a refund as we needed to stay elsewhere but have not had any feedback from them or expedia. Not a happy customer as we use Expedia regularly. They need to look at who they endorse and refund when appropriate.」

「Wayne and Sue were wonderful hosts and the flat was in a convenient serene location with great views! However, the listing on hotels.com says it is an entire home and despite clarifying with their agents they said this is an independent cottage. This is not the first time they mislead us. The accommodation was good and the hosts were great but the details on hotels.com is not accurate. If you are expecting a while cottage you’ll be disappointed. 」

「The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. 」

「It was our dream to visit St.Ives all the way from Japan and we decided to stay at this hotel which reached to our expectation. The quality and atmosphere of the room over looking the beach was impressive. The room and every corner of the hotel was taken care accurately and neatly with the a kind of pride and affection of the owner and staffs. The breakfast was not gorgeous like a modern 5 star hotel, but it was good enough to enjoy the touch of a fresh morning in England. We would love to come...

「Had a great stay for my boyfriends birthday, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the room had a gorgeous view, short walking distance into town, breakfast was lovely, nice that they had parking for guests. There was live music in the restaurant on the first night we were there, we got 20% off eating in the restaurant, the only thing I'd say was that the menu wasn't particularly vegetarian friendly, there was only one option of a pea and mint pasta which was a bit odd! Would 100%...
