"Room wasn’t ready when arrived at 4:30PM. Had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff member at desk was friendly but when he called about cleaning room you could hear the person he was speaking with & they were nasty. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Waffle batter was so thick it was having trouble coming ..."
