"Easy access, 1st floor apartment. All amenities as expected. Clean. Within 5 mins walk from the pier. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. I stayed with my three young children 8, 6 and 4. They all enjoyed it, and it was big enough for us. "

"Spacious room - simple but exactly what you’d expect from this affordable option. Easy commute into Brighton Centre by bus or UBER. Clean property. Would say bedding was pretty poor. Bedsheet was bobbly and duvet was very thin. Apart from that - great option for a bed to stay for a night or 2. All staff were friendly. Didn’t see much of the students walking around or making noise and all short stay bookings are kept in one area."
