「When we arrived, we were informed that the property owners are now assessing a new $5.00 per day "general" charge. Staff had no idea what charge was for. I insisted charge be removed and it was the next day. Was not listed on expedia website or anything posted at site. I did not feel being "ambushed" at check in was fair. Staff very nice and apologetic. Will make IHG aware. Other than that, stay was good.」

「It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though.」

「Gum left on headboard of the bed, No shampoo in the bathroom. No hand soap in the bottles. Hair beads from the last guest left on the floor.
Manager not available for several days after my stay, called to complain and got no where with the desk clerk.
Won't stay again!」
