A large separate family room completes the living areas with electric fireplace insert, TV, games, books and puzzles. (No live TV but there is Hulu, Netflix and Prime Video). Lounge in comfortable chairs on the huge deck spanning the entire length across the back of the house and watch the bald eagles, osprey, pelicans and other wildlife the area has to offer, as well as both the incredible sunrises and sunsets over the Bay. Play some croquet. Swim or fish from the property (bring your own fishing gear). Rock staircase into the breakwater for direct water access. Two kayaks available for use (must be carried by two persons down the stairs). Or just relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. Sit on the front porch and admire the majestic forest.
