There are both large washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room. For viewing enjoyment, the house features several HD TV's. Included is Viasat Network Premium. For additional entertainment, there is also a pool table, air hockey, and some games. Outside features include a 13 person swim spa along with a 8 person hot tub that are accessible from a dedicated door with adjacent wet room and bathroom, a huge fire pit, extra large BBQ and outdoor furniture. The views from the ranch are jaw dropping. The immediate area features a reservoir with public beach, boat/jet ski rentals only 5 min from the property. Street legal ATVs are allowed on city roads and there are trails for hiking and biking right from the property. There is also a state run gun range and public golf courses in the area.
