Events & Special Use:
While the estate offers expansive outdoor space, large events or gatherings with extra guests are not automatically permitted with a reservation. Any event use must be approved in advance and is subject to a separate venue agreement and additional fees.
Guests have access to the entire house, garage, and property. As this is a working ranch, guests are asked to stay away from the barn and animal pens unless accompanied by the property manager or staff.
The property is conveniently located just minutes from Heber City and offers multiple transportation options. Parking can accommodate 8+ vehicles and is limited to the garage and driveway unless otherwise approved. Vehicles must remain on paved surfaces—please keep all cars off grassed areas.
The surrounding area features a nearby reservoir with a public beach, boat and jet ski rentals just 5 minutes away, street-legal ATV access on city roads, and hiking and biking trails accessible directly from the property. Additional nearby amenities include a state-run gun range, public golf courses, horseback riding, fly fishing, and snowmobile tours.
