Texas spring break

We love staying in the Heber area for the convenience of Deer Valley- its mere minutes to the lift! This 3 story home was perfect with lots of space to spread out, an unexpected benefits like the movie room, and a massage chair. It was fun to find a kids board game Sequence for kids, as I worked on that game.

Thanksgiving dinner

Kitchen was well equipped for cooking full dinner, hot tub was a nice bonus, and the giant TV was amazing for gaming and watching sports.

Nice townhome in a great location

We enjoyed the property and especially the central location to Park City and the Heber Valley. The townhome was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely rent this property again.

A perfect mountain stay

This home is beautiful, clean and perfect for larger groups. Our party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the theater room for watching movies and playing games. We will be back to ski!

Beautiful

We had a great time at this beautiful townhome. The hosts were very responsive to a few issues we had upon arrival. The amenities were great. The view was awesome. The hot tub was a highlight for my two young boys to swim outside with the snow surrounding us. Will definitely return!

Everything you need

Excellent experience. Literally a 3 minute drive to the DV gondola, plenty of room for our family of 6, awesome theater room, even had an air pump for when our tire got low. Nice, quiet neighborhood with good views. 100% recommend if you want the next best thing to ski-in,/ski-out.

Family celebration

We wanted to take our adult children for a ski vacation. The house was a big hit-especially the movie room and the hot tub! Everyone had their own space when they wanted privacy while still having plenty of room for us all to gather and relax after a long day of skiing. The location had easy access to Deer Valley and Park City Resorts. We had a little difficulty getting into the property but Ashley was quick to respond even with our late check in. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it again in the future.

Perfect Place to Stay

We ended up skiing Snowbird and Park City while in Utah. This location was a 20" drive with morning traffic to Park City, about a 50 minute drive to Snow Bird. The house location was easy on and off from the highway. Deer Valley was just minutes away. House was very clean and very comfortable for 8 adults. The host were very accommodating and offered many facets of communication. The house had all cooking items needed. Highly recommend the location and would stay again if we visit Utah in the future.

Birthday Ski Trip

My family and I booked this house for my birthday, New Years trip. The rooms are nice size and the house was very clean, which is helpful when you have some germiphobes in the family (ha!). My only complaint about the house was lack of communication upon Check-In and lack of activities within the house. The instructions emailed ahead of time were not super clear and was the wrong code. Then it took over 2 hours to get ahold of anyone to get access to the house. This was not the best way to start our vacation when you have to sit in a running car in 20 degree weather trying to get ahold of someone. I’m sure if our arrival date was any other day than Sunday, our experience might have been different. Also, there are TVs throughout the house, but if you expect to watch tv in a bedroom-be sure to bring some kind of hdmi device as the TVs are not hooked to anything. The only tv connected to something was in the media room. There are only a couple of games to take advantage of (cards and scategories). Just be prepared to find an app on your phone to act as the Scategory die, as there are missing pieces. The flexibility of having an elevator definitely fit our needs when someone has issues with stairs. Just expect to hear a beeping noise every 10-15 min. The maintenance did come out but wasn’t able to stop the beeping. Overall, the house is very clean and accommodating. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. The location of the house is a good proximity to Park City. The roads are kept up during the winter with frequent plowing, even plowing the driveway came in handy on some early mornings after snow before a ski run. ITrip was helpful when you are able to get someone. Aside some of our issues, our trip was amazing and the house is good. Only reason I won’t give it a 5-star was our initial experience at Check-In and lack of some interior features.

Poor Service with iTrips, Good Townhouse- see comments

CONS: When we arrived at 4:15 pm the townhouse was not ready- the cleaning staff was in the middle of cleaning and we could not get in. We were told by iTrips we would get a credit for our inconvenience. It has been eight (8) days, and we have sent iTrips two (2) emails, and we still have not received a credit. The garage does not fit a full-size suburban. The garage has many items stored, therefore only one regular size car would fit. This is a challenge if you are staying in the winter and are required to defrost, de-snow your car parked outside. The bottom floor – which has a bedroom and entertainment room- does not have its own thermostat. The temperature is controlled by the thermostat on the second floor. It was impossible to get the bottom floor warm enough without making it too hot on the second floor. The entertainment system is very nice, but the boxes are located behind the bar and it was difficult to turn the DIRECTV on and control it. There is no TV on the second floor. I would recommend putting one above the fireplace so people gathering in the kitchen/ cooking, grilling outside- can watch the game on TV. On the first day, we notified iTrips of problems with the shower and fridge. Three days later we contacted by maintenance and he diagnosed the problem with the fridge over the phone and said he could not fix it. Maintenance came out on the 5th day and fixed the shower valve. The townhouses are close together. When we were enjoying the hot tub, the family next door came out to their hot tub and their kids were playing music and singing which was unfortunate for us. The hot tubs are within view and earshot of each other. PROS: The townhouse has absolutely beautiful views. For the most part, the townhouse was clean and in good shape. The townhouse is 15-20 minutes to Park City (Main Street), and at a lower elevation. Those that are prone to altitude sickness, this townhouse is at a lower elevation than other locations.

PERFECT home

Dori's house was the PERFECT home base for our Presidents' Day weekend Park City and Canyons ski trip with our three kids. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the time as adults as well as let the kids do their thing! The kids especially enjoyed the home theater. And the adults especially enjoyed the hot tub apres ski! I will definitely be heading back. Thanks!

Terrific Stay in Heber City

Great stay!!

Our family just returned home from a 4-night stay and we had an excellent time staying at this property! It was perfect for our family with so many little details thought about. The beds were comfortable and the house was extremely clean. They even allowed us to check in earlier than planned due to some rental car issues. Extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of during our stay. The house is decorated so great and it is full of linens, extra blankets and just had a great cozy feel. It is in a great location only about 10-15min from Park City and Heber is also a great town! The hot tub was such a nice touch after a long day out in the snow! The media room is so great for families with children it was great spot to relax! Would def recommend this property!

Enjoyed our stay

The home was very clean and beautiful. The movie room and hot tube were a great addition and everyone enjoyed them. Our only 2 complaint is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked like we were used to in other places. We had to buy cookie sheets and a few other kitchen utensils to be able to cook/bake. And the tv’s in the bedrooms did not work. Otherwise it was a very nice stay

exactly what we expected

We had an amazing time, the property management company was great and the location was amazing. Exactly what we expected! We had a large group so we also rented the Deer Valley Lake House which is located right next door. It was so awesome to be all together and walk back and forth. The home theater in this home is second to none. Clean and well stocked.

Fabulous Girls Weekend!

This property served our girls weekend very well. There were no surprises other than good ones. The unit was clean, well maintained and well appointed. We saw deer several times right off the balcony!
