3rd bedroom: 2 double beds, 2 twin beds (bunk beds) and crib

MASTER BEDROOM:
King bed, two side tables with cell phone chargers, closet, leather bench and seating area. En-suite master bathroom features vanity, closet with extra towels and walk-in shower.

2ND BEDROOM:
Queen bed, two side tables, closet and seating area. Nearest bathroom is across the hall with vanity and shower/tub combo.

3RD BEDROOM:
2 Double beds, 2 Twin beds, crib, board games, puzzles, DVDs, movie screen and projector and blue ray-DVD player. Nearest bathroom by washer and dryer with vanity and shower/tub combo.

LIVING AREA:
Fireplace, 50” flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, sectional couch, leather couch, two chairs, extra blankets, ottoman and floor lamp.

Large concrete fire pit with seating for large groups. Plenty of fire wood available throughout the hillside. Grey seat cushions available. *Large fires are prohibited*

Two wooden picnic tables and bistro lights.

HOUSE RULES (Rental Agreement):
• Booking guest must be at least 23 years old
• No events, parties or large gatherings
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people - this includes day guests and infants.
• Four vehicles maximum at property
• No pets allowed
• This home contains bunk beds. Guest agrees to use the bunk bed at his/her own risk and to hold the host harmless for any damage and/or injury caused by guest's said use of a bunk bed.
• No bonfires or excessive wood burning in the fire pit
