「We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.」

「We had a great stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing! The house is in a great location and is central to everything in the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed for seven adults and a dog! The hot tub was very relaxing! We all really enjoyed it. Super easy for check-in. Communication with the host was great. 「The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake.The property needs some tlc - the towels were provided but very poor quality. No body wash was in dispensers in showers. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a mouse or mice on the first floor. We would have enjoyed more if that wasn’t occurring.First floor bedrooms were not very clean, spiders.」

「This was my second time staying at this lovely private cottage in the woods, and I'll definitely be returning next year! The space is just so lovely and warm, with a great vibe and peaceful ambiance. The photos don't even do it justice, as picturesque as they are. Quiet time all day and night, not another soul in sight. A perfect place for a solo traveler to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with real life. Great coffee and fantastic hosts.
