Ridiculous and suspicious!!!

This is a ridiculous hotel. (1) They DIDN'T close the door after they cleaned my room. (2) They have hidden charges. I booked a room with two single beds, though I said I came alone. My friend stayed with me for one night. They charged for staying over!!! Charging breakfast is fine, but charging second person for staying a two-bed room. That is RIDICULOUS. The same thing wont happen if you go to other hotels (unless you want to add an extra bed or something). (3) When I was checking out, the manager impolitely wanted my credit card to go through his credit card machine, charging the full payment €150 (I had paid via Hotel.com before I went there) and cancelling this payment right away. He said he needed this to prove I actually came to this hotel. So, why did I have to write a registration form when I was checking in? He said he didnt want to write it down so that he could protect my "privacy". Doesn't he know credit card machine is one of the major sources for frauds? I have been to dozens of hotels in USA, UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. No single hotel will do this kind of thing. Not to mention the manager had a RIDICULOUS hotel. His behaviour literally nerved me. I feel SUSPICIOUS. For those who are viewing this hotel, I swear I am talking the truth. Please DO NOT book this RIDICULOUS and SUSPICIOUS hotel.

It wasn't that the staff weren't nice, I just didn't see them much, and when I tried to get washing done on a day that their property information in the room said there was washing, I couldn't get it done which was a bit tricky for me as I was kind of counting on getting washing done there. But it was clean, enough space for just me in the end as my family didn't join me for the duration of my conference and it was very convenient for the conference centre.

Very pleasantly surprised. Given the very reasonable price, I came in with low expectations. But wow, though the rooms are small, they are quite nice. Recently remodeled it seems, and very clean. There’s a lot of attention to detail in all the small things in the design and upkeep of the rooms: someone went out of their way to cool all of the power cables for TV, phone, etc and cable tie them, there’s nice ledges for toiletries in the bathroom and inside the shower, and the bed is very soft. I’m not a fan of down pillows even though I know they are pretty fancy but if you are, that’s what they’ve got. And of course, the location is great. Check in worked out for me but was a little nerve wracking - I booked with Expedia and arrived after hours (the lobby closes at noon). They have a lockbox just outside the door for you to enter your booking number. I only had my Expedia itinerary number which was much too long. But I started entering it anyway and halfway through, my key dropped out. That was one big blast of relief!

If you like mixups with electric door tags, so that it opens not your room's door, but some other room's, this hotel will work for you. If you like that people can walk in from the street, climb the stairs and stand in front of your room, without meeting any staff, this hotel will work for you.

Die Rezeption ist leider nur stundenweise besetzt. Die Parkplätze befinden sich nicht auf dem Gelände der Unterkunft sondern auf der Straße. Es ist ein Anwohnerparkausweis für 5,- € pro Tag notwendig. Falls Frühstück gewünscht wird, unbedingt rechtzeitig buchen. Das Frühstück war für den Preis OK.

llegue justo cuando el recepcionista se iba y me quiso ayudar ya que vio que tenia problemas para entrar al lugar, de otra manera hubiera pensado que era solo un señor fumando en la calle, la tarjeta no funcionaba correctamente a veces, y las camas no fueron tendidas ni cambiadas las toallas, entiendo que es un hotel pequeño pero solo se meten al cuarto a reemplazar el agua embotellada y limpiar el piso

Great Location!

Great price!! Great location, 5 minute walk from train station which is also great for trams and buses into town. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. Not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Hotel liegt in Bahnhofsnähe. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind nur nach langem Suchen zu finden. Hotel selber ist sehr gut, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Frühstück reichlich.
